XERATH Breaks Up, Premieres One Last Song

Well, that sucks.

Well, that sucks.

After three albums and having been a band since 2008, Xerath is calling it quits. The band had been teasing that it was working on the followup to its 2014 album III with new bassist Steve Woodcock and drummer Ben Wanders, but sadly that'll never come to be. Xerath cites creative differences within the band as the driving cause toward the breakup, and its members will go on to participate in other projects.

On the one minor bright side, Xerath is going out with an aptly titled final song called "Regret." Still though, this kind of sucks… and if you haven't heard it yet, check out Xerath's album II. It's just gigantic riff after gigantic riff with an orchestra behind it.
