Bill Ward Wants To Reunite With His Former BLACK SABBATH Bandmates

"I would be open minded about any ideas about playing in the future."

Black Sabbath officially disbanded after a final tour in 2017, though that tour and their 2013 record 13 did not feature original drummer Bill Ward. Ward and frontman Ozzy Osbourne had a war of words publicly for a little while surrounding the announcement of the farewell tour, though Ozzy did come around recently and say he wishes Ward would've been a part of it.

Black Sabbath has not officially ruled out doing a one-off show here or there, so who knows – maybe it'll happen. Especially now that Ward has taken to Twitter to express only love for his Black Sabbath bandmates, adding that he'd be down to play pretty much whenever. This isn't too surprising, given Ward, guitarist Tony Iommi, and bassist geezer Butler have been on pretty good terms lately.

"Hi everybody, my name is Bill Ward, and I wanted to say that I love Tony, Geezer and Ozzy very much," he relays in the quick clip. "I've loved them for a long time, and I still do. And I would be very open-minded to any ideas about playing together in the future. That's it. Love you all, thanks."
