If you watched the premiere episode of On The Record focusing on reunions, you'll know that a lot of people were most excited about At The Gates' reunion a few years ago. It was huge. We thought that might've been it for the band, but it turns out the band is not done just yet! They have just announced a slew of new dates. Most notably, the band will be climbing onboard the Barge To Hell, the extreme metal cruise from the founders of 70,000 Tons of Metal. Holy shit! At The Gates on a boat?! That's sort of insane.
The band also announced Latin American tour in July, as well as a few dates at some European festivals in August. The obvious question on my mind is, "hey guys, maybe another quick stop in NYC, since the last one went so well?" But that's probably not going to happen. Here are Latin American/European dates:
7/20 Circo Volador Lorenzo Boturini, Mexico
7/21 Pepper’s Club San Jose, Costa Rica
7/23 Sala B Del Centro De Eventos Caracas, Venezuela
7/25 Teatro Teleton Santiago, Chile
7/27 Troya Montevideo, Uruguay
7/28 Teatro Flores Buenos Aires, Argentina
7/29 HANGAR Sao Paulo, Brazil
8/3 Vagos Open Air Vagos, Portugal
8/4 Resurrection Fest Viveiro, Spain
8/7 Metal Camp Tolmin, Slovenia
8/ 11 Brutal Assault Festival Josefov, Czech Republic
12/3 – 12/7 Barge to Hell cruise
