Halsey really loves Marilyn Manson. A few months ago, she got a pretty large tattoo celebrating the shock rocker. And, this past weekend, she dressed as Manson from the Mechanical Animals era for Halloween.
Halsey was spotted out with her boyfriend, actor Evan Peters (American Horror Story, X-Men), who turned it out dressed as Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse.
