Trappist, the beer-themed hardcore punk band consisting of Chris Dodge (Spazz), Ryan Harkins (co-founder of Grill ‘Em All), and Phil Vera (16, Despise You), released their debut album Ancient Brewing Tactics in 2018. Now they're back with a brand new song called "Growler In The Yard" streaming via Decibel's FlexiDisc series.
Also, yes – that's a Pig Destroyer reference. A lot of what Trappist does is directly referencing metal, much in the way that everything Cannabis Corpse does is a weed reference to another metal band's work. It's a good time.
