THE SWORD's Guitarist Has Made A Doom Version Of PINK FLOYD's Dark Side Of The Moon

Sounds like Sleep.

Sounds like Sleep.

The Sword guitarist Kyle Shutt has decided that Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon doesn't sound anything like a Sleep album with some organs, and has decided to rectify that. Shutt has launched his new project Doom Side Of The Moon, which covers the classic album front to back as if it were a doom album, and the lead single "Money" proves that Shutt isn't in this to just rehash Dark Side Of The Moon in its entirety.

You can pre-order the album before it comes out August 4 on Amazon for $8.99 or on the official band order page, and you can catch Doom Side Of The Moon playing the album in full on August 5 at Emo's in Austin, TX. Get your tickets here!
