Ukrainian metal band Septa will release their new record Bitten By The Serpent Of The Kingdom Of The Spirit on November 22, and we're streaming the whole damn thing right now! If you're a fan of the proggier stuff from bands like Tool, Mastodon, Opeth, and Oceansize, then you're really going to dig this.

According to Septa, the album is "conceptually based the novel Der Golem by Gustav Meyrink and the German lost movie The Monster of Fate, and the whole story revolves about Jewish myths of golems and reflects a lot on the concepts of free will and life preservation."

Bitten By The Serpent Of The Kingdom Of The Spirit was mixed and mastered by Lewis Johns (Rolo Tomassi, Employed To Serve, Funeral For A Friend). You can pre-order the record here.
