PROPHETS OF RAGE Drops "Made With Hate" Ahead Of New Album

It's more rap than rock.

It's more rap than rock.

Prophets of Rage, the band featuring Rage Against the Machine bassist Tim Commerford, guitarist Tom Morello, and drummer Brad Wilk, Public Enemy's DJ Lord and Chuck D, and Cypress Hill's B-Real, began teasing a new record back in February. While we're still not clear on when the album is coming out or even what it's called, we do have a brand new song called "Made With Hate". It's a little more rap than rock, but if you're into what Prophets Of Rage has been doing, then you're likely going to dig this as well.

Here's what Chuck D had to say.

“As with many songs ‘Made With Hate’ was formed out of a conversation amongst ourselves about the level of passion fuel it takes to create. Especially when attacking something of HATE. You must create the energy to hate ‘HATE’. To have PEACE you have to despise Hatred with a passion for Peace and attack it. You can’t have hate take over anything especially history, so you have to fuel yourself to attack in thought word and deed with equal passion.”

"Made With Hate" is available digitally.
