POWERMAN 5000 Streams Re-Recorded Version of "When Worlds Collide"

This is what happens when worlds collide.

Powerman 5000 initially released the re-recording of their 1999 hit "When Worlds Collide" as a bonus track on their 2020 record The Noble Rot. The band has now released the re-recording on all digital platforms, and you can check it out below. It's not super different from the original version, but why fix what ain't broken? This version is still a blast!

"Re-recording 'When Worlds Collide' was like jumping into a time machine," said vocalist Spider One. "We play that song live every night on tour but I hadn't actually listened to the recorded version in a long time. So, when it came time to tackle the re-record, it was a weird process of trying to emulate myself. Which all these years later seemed like a stranger."
