It's been four years since the previous Nightfell record, but the Portland-based death doom act is back and darker than ever. Nightfell will release their new album A Sanity Deranged on September 13 and their new song "The Swallow Of Flies" is nearly eight minutes of soul-obliterating riffs.
A Sanity Deranged at Earhammer Studios with Greg Wilkinson (Necrot, Vastum, Autopsy, etc.) and with additional instrumentation and vocals recorded by Billy Anderson (Cattle Decapitation, Agalloch, High On Fire, etc.). Pre-orders for the record will begin in August, so get your wallets ready.
