The Dirt, the long-awaited movie based on the tell-all autobiography by Motley Crue, is slated to hit Netflix on March 22. In addition to a soundtrack of the band's greatest hits, Motley Crue has debuted a new song for the flick called "The Dirt (Est. 1981)." Just in case you forgot what year the band formed and what the name of the movie is. The song features rapper Machine Gun Kelly, who plays drummer Tommy Lee in the film, in a portion of the song that basically just details what kind of debauchery Motley Crue used to get themselves into.
Additionally, English actor Douglas Booth has been cast as bassist Nikki Sixx. Daniel Webber, who you may remember from The Punisher plays Vince Neil. Game of Thrones actor Iwan Rheon, who played the villainous Ramsay Bolton, stars as guitarist Mick Mars.
You can check out the new song "The Dirt (Est. 1981)" below, as well as a trailer for the movie. This is presumably what Motley Crue members Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx were spotted in the studio with legendary producer Bob Rock doing recently. An EP of new Motley Crue is expected to be announced soon.
