It's easy to see why Moon Destroys is so damn good at sludge. The band features veterans multi-instrumentalist Juan Montoya (ex-Torche) and drummer Evan DiPrima (ex-Royal Thunder), and even better features Mastodon bassist and vocalist Troy Sanders on their debut single "Blue Giant."
Moon Destroys will release their debut EP Maiden Voyage on March 27. The EP also features a guest spot from Cynic vocalist Paul Masvidal, and you can pre-order the effort here.
