Ex-CKY Frontman Deron Miller's New Band 96 BITTER BEINGS Is Really Good

Deron Miller is back at it, and it rules.

Deron Miller is back at it, and it rules.

Guitarist and vocalist Deron Miller and CKY split in 2011, sorta seemed like they were maybe getting back together in 2014, and then in 2015 everything fell apart completely. There were disputes over the CKY name and reunion shows without Miller that he allegedly never knew about, or pretty much the type of stuff that never ends well. In 2017, CKY released its first album in eight years, titled The Phoenix, and the first album ever without Miller.

Now Miller is back with a new band called 96 Bitter Beings and has announced two new albums for 2018 – Synergy Restored and Camp Pain. Miller raised over $16,000 in 2016 to create the albums, and now we get to hear a track off it. If you're jonesing hard for some old school CKY tempo changes, ridiculously catchy riffs, and a generalized sense of mechanical evil in musical form, then you're going to love "Throw Yourself Inside."
