CLERIC (DEAD TO A DYING WORLD, ex-KILL THE CLIENT) Enters The "Maw Of Absolution" With Brutal New Death Metal Single

Cleric 2019

Texas supergroup Cleric has returned from the abyss to double down on their take of Swedish death metal worship. The band has announced a new album called Serpent Psalms, due out Oct. 25 via Redefining Darkness Records and Raw Skullz Records.

Featuring current and former members of Dead to a Dying World, Kill The Client, Runes of the Evening and Tyrannosorceress, the quartet's new single, "Maw of Absolution," is a pretty good introduction to the band in case you missed them the first time around.

If you like your death metal to sound old-school like Asphyx, Bolt Thrower, Dismember or Bloodbath, check this shit out:

You can pre-order the album here, and follow the band on Facebook at this location.
