CHELSEA WOLFE's New Song "16 Psyche" Is Noisy As Hell, Quite Heavy

New album and a North American tour!

New album and a North American tour!

Over the years leading up to Chelsea Wolfe's 2015 album Abyss, Wolfe seemed to be progressing toward a heavier and darker sound. Now with her new album Hiss Spun, or specifically the new song "16 Psyche," Wolfe has taken the next step toward being even heavier. "16 Psyche" is a loud, raucous track that'd be right at home at just about any doom show out there.

Hiss Spun will feature guitar guest spots from Troy Van Leeuwen (Queens of the Stone Age, Failure) and a guest spot from Aaron Turner (Old Man Gloom, SUMAC). Hiss Spun is out September 22, and you can catch Wolfe on tour with Youth Code at the following dates.

"With She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She, Wolfe continues her reign as perhaps the most disquietly serene singer/songwriter around."
