Corrections House, the creepy group featuring Mike IX Williams (Eyehategod), Sanford Parker (ex-Nachtmystium), Scott Kelley (Neurosis), Bruce Lamont (Yazuka), and the band's mysterious Seward Fairbury will be unleashing Know How To Carry A Whip on October 23 via Neurot Records.
The album will feature such uncomfortably titled songs as "Crossing My One Good Finger" and "I Was Never Good At Meth" and will be a hell of an experience, according to Fairbury.
"The songs typically originate from the loops and beats that are generated from Sanford, then the skeleton of riffs are built by Scott and Bruce. Mike IX adds his profound observations and I do the final production. These new songs are far more developed and fluid then the first record. There is a prevailing groove that dominates."
Dominating grooves and profound observations? Let's give that a spin soon (hopefully).
