Remember when we speculated that Denis Shaforostov was the new vocalist of Asking Alexandria? Turns out, yes, in fact, that is the dude to replace Danny Worsnop in the band. Shaforostov previously fronted Ukrainian metalcore act Make Me Famous, a band we were not too fond of at the time.
The revitalized group just released a new track with Denis and it certainly doesn't seem like the band has changed their sound much. To be fair, it does sound like a massive pop-rock song that does have an element of catchiness to it:

Guitarist Ben Bruce commented to Kerrang about their new vocalist:
“He’s an incredibly talented vocalist, from the multiple wide range of screams that Asking Alexandria obviously needs and will continue to have, and his singing and range is out of this world. He’s been a fan of the band for a long time, so he’s familiar with all our old songs, and he really cares about the band. He’s a passionate, cool guy; it’s the perfect scenario.”
The band will be on Warped Tour this Summer and Denis makes his debut with the band May 31 at the Manchester Academy.
