When Haste The Day announced they'd be getting back together, we were a little surprised with the response to their crowdfunding campaign. The band amassed nearly $140k to work on their new album, which is a lot.
Today, the band released their first single, "World" and it's basically everything old school Haste The Day fans would want. I'm instantly transported to Hellfest in 2001 where basically every band sounded like this:

Overall, it's a catchy tune. I'm not sure I would personally put it on again, but I can't hate. The band's new album, Coward will be released on May 19th via Solid State.
