Prog stalwarts The Pineapple Thief is back with their second release of 2024, an EP named Last To Run. The EP offers up 20 minutes of previously unreleased music, all of which were at least worked on or brought up during the sessions for their 2024 album It Leads To This.
"We had some difficult decisions to make when deciding on the final track listing for It Leads To This," wrote The Pineapple Thief's vocalist and songwriter Bruce Soord. "The songs on this EP are based on songs and ideas from those sessions but they have since evolved way beyond what we would have imagined at the time. We are delighted with the result – it really seems capture a different mood and sound."
