Corrosion of Conformity hit the studio in November 2013 and now they're all ready to give us the nitty gritty on their efforts!
Their new album will be titled IX and is out on June 24.
The band will also be releasing a single titled "On Your Way" on May 13, so you've got a month to go before new music. Bassist and vocalist Mike Dean seems pretty excited for the record and offers fans an explanation on why it took so long (even though their self-titled dropped in 2012 and it wasn't long at all).
"The making of IX was drawn out because of us having to step away to do other projects. I think being forced to step away kept us hungry and then being back on the case with deadlines casting a shadow gave us a 'failure is no option' vibe and that really helped the final product."
