Oh man, if you're like me and pretty much had no idea what Carcass were singing about in their kind-of single "Captive Bolt Pistol," then this video is for you. The lyrics are pretty reminiscent of their Necroticism: Descanting the Insalubrious album with all the gore and such, but the reciting of models of guns and the follow-up of what they do brings a new level of gore to Carcass' music. Pair that with the seriously cold imagery of the video and the sterile font they're using and it's just… disturbing. Everything about it is so clean and precise. I guess it only makes sense they've named the record Surgical Steel, huh? Get on it come September 17!
