An arrest warrant has been issued for Bam Margera. According to CBS News, Bam is accused of engaging in a "physical confrontation" at an address in Chester County, PA that caused minor injuries. Police report that Bam "was involved in a physical confrontation with the victim, who suffered minor injuries" and fled into a wooded area shortly thereafter.
TMZ further reports that Bam began the altercation by banging on his brother Jesse's door around 8AM on Sunday, April 23. Margera left a note being saying "If you even fucking think of calling the police on me I will officially fuck you up." Jesse then went downstairs to find Bam "peeing in the sink," at which point a fight broke out.
Jesse claims Bam then beat him over the head, at which point Bam then said "I'll kill you. I'll put a bullet in your head." Police report that Bam also threatened to "kill everyone in the house" including his father Phil and two other women. Bam is currently facing four counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault, and a final count of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact.
Margera has not been located as of this post being published. CBS further reports that authorities have asked anyone with information about his whereabouts to report what they know to PSP Avondale at 610-268-2022.
