Disturbed guitarist Dan Donegan and drummer Mike Wengren teamed up with Evans Blue vocalist Dan Chandler to create Fight or Flight, and it's just alright. Also, that isn't their logo; I just found that picture.
MetalSucks posted the new Fight or Flight preview snippet to much dismay, and it's pretty obvious why; it's Disturbed and Evans Blue doing stuff in the vein of the 90's rock they know. I didn't hate it, but I certainly don't love it either. In fact, I'd give it a pretty sounding "meh." It seems like one of those songs/bands that I don't particularly like and I won't actively seek out to listen, but if it's on… well, things could have been worse. It's catchy in that way where I'll forget it the second I turn it off but I know the melody when it's back on, but by god is it sterile as all hell. If you could straight up neuter a mix, neuter a song, and then force them to have kids, this would be it- it's just there. It exists.
