Anthrax has been making headlines quite a lot recently due to drummer (and multi-instrumentalist) Charlie Benante doing some great cover songs. This time Anthrax is making headlines because they're working on new music.
Benante recently told HardDrive DL Roundtable that Anthrax is working on a new album and has "about six, seven songs. And it's really good." Though he later adds they're not coming out anytime soon.
"I don't think anybody's thinking anything is coming out until… The first thing I wanna see come out is a vaccine. Then we're gonna put a record out."
Benante later clarified that Anthrax would likely be spending 2020 writing the new album.
