Fleshkiller, the band featuring Extol vocalist and guitarist Ole Børud, Norway's Shining's bassist Ole Vistnes, The Burial guitarist and vocalist Elisha Mullins, and Umpfel drummer Andreas Skorpe Sjøen, will be releasing its debut album Awaken on September 15 via Indie Recordings.

Seriously, I was a little bummed that Børud wasn't focusing on a new Extol album initially after hearing about Fleshkiller, but this is just way too good to be even a touch disappointed in.
