Hardcore punk band DEAD KENNEDYS, and more specifically their former vocalist Jello Biafra, "get it". In fact, they got it way before it became a huge national issue. Sure, it may not be metal. But it's fast, and fun! It's like surf rock on crack almost. Listen to more Dead Kennedys if you haven't! A good album to start with is Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables.
