IWRESTLEDABEARONCE give great tips for unsigned bands to get booked; get signed to Century Media!

A few weeks ago, I posted a blog daring you guys not to like IWRESTLEDABEARONCE and most of you did not take me up on that dare. Regardless, this band rules! They recently played a show at NYC's Blender Theater and we had a chance to catch up with them for the above interview. They're really an awesome bunch of dudes (and girl) and it was a hilarious/random/awkward interview…pretty much a typical Metal Injection interview.

The band told some great tales about how they formed, their song-naming process as well as a great story about how they got bookings as an unsigned/unmanaged band. Every unsigned band out there should watch just for their little clever tale on how to get bookings on your own!

Unfortunately, we were not able to get any live footage cause the venue were being total jerks…but one day, we will get some!

HUGE UPDATE: We just got exclusive word (well us and MetalSucks did) that the band has been signed to Century Media. We don't want to say that the whole reason they got signed was because of our awesome coverage, but we'll just say that if we didn't cover them, they would have never gotten signed! That's our story and we're sticking to it! Congrats dudes (and dudette).
