DIVINE HERESY, the band featuring guitarist Dino Cazares (ex-FEAR FACTORY) and Tim Yeung (ex-VITAL REMAINS, ex-HATE ETERNAL) have posted the title track to their upcoming album, titled “Bleed The Fifth” at their MySpace page. Bay Area thrashers LIGHT THIS CITY are currently on the road, headlining the Thrash and Burn Tour, alongside labelmates THE FUNERAL PYRE. The bands has offered this update from the road: “The Thrash and Burn Tour 07 is going amazing! The first week was definitely awesome, and beyond our expectations. The first five shows were with CERBERUS and ANTAGONIST, who killed it each night. Highlights include Redwood City, Fresno, and The Chain Reaction! Thanks to everyone who have come out to the shows so far. Besides the horrible, horrible heat in the desert, we couldn’t be having a better time. We are now with THE FUNERAL PYRE and ANTAGONIST for the rest of the tour. This tour has been so awesome because everyone on the tour are pretty much best friends. We have known these bands for a long time and toured with them before, so we are one big heavy metal family. We have three new awesome merch designs on this tour, so if you are planning on coming to any of the shows, prepare to see some awesome new shirts and hoodies. This is our first tour headlining, so we sincerely appreciate everyone who has come out to the shows thus far. See you on the rest of the dates!”

The band continues to support its latest effort, ‘Facing The Thousand,’ which saw a fall 2006 release through Prosthetic Records. The band recently shot a video for the track “The Unwelcome Savior” with director Soren (UNEARTH), which can be seen at YouTube.

Metallers FULL BLOWN CHAOS have posted a new track online entitled "Halos for Heroes" on their official Myspace Page. "Halos for Heroes" will be featured on the bands up coming release "Heavy Lies The Crown" which will be out on August 21st through FERRET RECORDS. ZONARIA has posted a medley of their upcoming album, “Infamy and the Breed” at their MySpace page. The album will be released September 4th in North America through Pivotal Recordings.

Finnish band BLADESMITH has posted the song, titled “Battle on Ice and Snow”, at the Dungeons Deep record label site. The song comes from their forthcoming album, “Legion Of Swords”, due out September via Dungeons Deep Records.

BREEDAPART have signed a record deal with Hardface Records to have the label release their recently finished EP titled, “Wars Within the Mind are Fatal”. A release date is pending. Until then, you can hear a song at their MySpace page.

A Swedish group featuring NIGHTRAGE members Jimmie Strimell (vocals), Alex Sveningsson (drums) and Henric Carlsson (bass) have started a side project named Dead By April. You can hear some songs at their MySpace page.

THE MINOR TIMES have posted and e-card for their new album, titled “Summer of wolves” here. The album was released June 26th through Prosthetic Records.

PROFANE OMEN have posted the video for “Rewind” in the media section of their official website. The song comes from their album “Beaten Into Submission” released last year through Dethrone Music. PROFANE OMEN also have an EP titled “Disconnected”, to be released in the fall.
