Two-Piece BIG BUSINESS Rip It Up with Heavy Slow Jam "Let Them Grind"

I am so excited that big Business is back with a new album – and they've slimmed back down to a two-piece, bassist/vocalist Jared Warren and drummer Coady Willis.

The Beast You Are, their fifth album, is out on April 12 via Joyful Noise Recordings. I took it for a few spins recently and it reminded me a lot of 2007's Here Come The Waterworks or 2009's Mind the DriftConsequence of Sound premiered the lead single  “Let Them Grind,” and it rips:

Coady Willis explains that the band works better as a two-piece:  “It’s just better. We work faster, and we know what we’re both going for. It gives us more room to be weirder in certain aspects and try different things. It makes sense because that’s how we established ourselves in the beginning and how we learned to write songs together, it was just the two of us. Coming back to that lineup felt natural.”

Big Business are playing with Clutch, along with some headlining dates. Here's the routing:
