LAMB OF GOD, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, DEVILDRIVER and SOILWORK pay homage to Dimebag at Dallas stop of tour

Posted by RobInjection on December 11th, 2007

In the wake of other disappointing covers,  this past Saturday, 3 years to the day that Dimebag Darrell was tragically murdered, members of LAMB OF GOD, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, DEVILDRIVER and SOILWORK decided to pay homage to the slayed guitar god at a tour stop in Dime's hometown of Dallas, TX…and they even decided to play "5 Minutes Alone". Heres to you guys paying tribute to Pantera and deciding not play the overdone "Walk!"

Pantera was cool and all, but Dime's death is whored WAY too much. Come on people there are way more impotant dead guys in Metal. Like Chuck. Death did WAY more for the Metal community than Pantera ever could of dreamed of.
